Our after school programs are fun! Designed to embrace a child's natural creative instincts. Big Wild Imagination creates a group dynamic that supports the creative process and focuses on the idea that art is the means and not the end.
Throughout the term, we introduce the children to a variety of resources and materials, skills and techniques and encourage the children to experiment, to explore, to play, to be curious in order to cultivate a room full of creativity. We emphasise respect for everyone's work and ideas, acknowledging that everyone is on their own path.
We believe in the importance of teaching for creativity and do this by guiding and scaffolding our program to allow children to imagine and create while also empowering them with skills to further their abilities.
